a) SP-26-15 and CU-26-09 TOWN OF COLCHESTER: Site Plan and Conditional Use Applications as required under §7.04-C(4)(d) and §7.04-D to construct a temporary bridge crossing Indian Brook and associated Class II Wetlands in the Water Protection District (WPD). Proposed temporary bridge to facilitate access to properties while the Creek Farm Road bridge is replaced. Disturbance to be 2,600 square feet and area will be restored at conclusion of project. Subject properties are located at 1078 and 0 Creek Farm Road, Account #11-007003-0000000 and #11-005003-0000000.
