Evernorth and Brattleboro Housing Partnership are seeking proposals from qualified mechanical contractors or construction managers for the replacement of the heat pumps and hot water heating system at the 21-unit AW Richards apartment building in West Brattleboro. Scope will include limited demolition and drywall work in addition to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Minority/women-owned and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. MBE/WBE/Section 3 certification information will be required. Project to occur this fall.
A required bid walk is scheduled for Thurs, Aug 20th at 9AM and bids will be due Fri, Sept 4th at 3pm.
