The legal voters of the Town of Underhill, in the County of Chittenden, State of Vermont are hereby NOTIFIED AND WARNED to meet at the Underhill Town Hall, 12 Pleasant Valley Road in Underhill, Vermont on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, between the hours of seven o’clock (7:00) in the forenoon (a.m.), at which time the polls will open, and seven o’clock (7:00) in the afternoon (p.m.), at which time the polls will close, to vote by Australian ballot upon the following Articles:
Article 1: Shall the voters of Underhill adopt all Budget Articles by Australian Ballot?
The legal voters of the Town of Underhill are further notified that voter qualification, registration, and absentee voting relative to said Special Town Meeting shall be as provided in Chapters 43, 51 and 55 of Title 17, Vermont Statutes Annotated.
The legal voters of the Town of Underhill are further notified and warned that a public informational meeting will be held in person on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the Town Hall, 12 Pleasant Valley Road, in Underhill, Vermont, and electronically on the GoToMeeting platform at the following link: https://meet.goto.com/410869229 or by phone: +1 (872) 240-3212 Access Code: 410-869-229, beginning at six o’clock (6:00) in the afternoon (p.m.), for the purpose of explaining the Australian ballot article.
Adopted and approved at a meeting of the Select board of the Town of Underhill duly called, noticed, and held September 24, 2026.
