Application 4C0950-8 from Katharine D. Stockman Revocable Trust 1260 Pond Road, Shelburne, VT 05482 was received on July 2, 2026 and deemed complete on September 24, 2026. The project specifically authorizes the subdivision of Lot 1 of the Crescent Ridge Subdivision into Lot 1A (6.93 acres) and Lot 1B (5.00 acres). Lot 1A holds the existing single-family residence, and Lot 1B proposes no development at this time, although the building envelope, well location and respective isolation zone are established in this permit amendment. Additionally, this permit approves a boundary line adjustment between the two new lots, resulting in Lot 1A totaling 5.93 acres, and Lot 1B totaling 6 acres. The project is located at 1260 Pond Road in Shelburne, Vermont. The application may be viewed on the Land Use Review Board’s website (https://act250.vermont.gov/) by clicking “Act 250 Database” and entering the project number “4C0950-8.”

No hearing will be held and a permit may be issued unless, on or before October 27, 2026, a party notifies the District 4 Commission in writing of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion.
