Vermont Community Access Media is a nonprofit community media and technology center located in the south end of Burlington. VCAM’s mission is to provide local citizens with access to training and state-of-the-art digital video tools as a means of personal, political and artistic self-expression. VCAM operates a public-access cable-television channel, providing equipment, facilities and channel time to any VCAM user, for any noncommercial purpose, free of charge.
