  1. OMG, I stumbled across this piece today; 1/23/2020, and the memories came flooding back of my Dad taking my brother and I fishing at the mouth of the Winooski River. We would go to St. Joseph’s Church in the early 50’s and as soon as the mass was over we headed to Charlie’s boat house to rent a boat for a grand day of fishing. I was about 7 and my brother 6. Sometimes we were joined by my aunts family and had a picnic lunch on the shore line. Thanks for the memories!
