3/24/07: Shelburne Farms, Maple Open House Weekend: The Sixth Annual Vermont Maple Open House Weekend was held at sugarhouses throughout Vermont, March 23-25, 2007. The Open House Weekend is an invitation to the public to visit one or more sugarhouses throughout the state. Eva talks to Mark at Shelburne Farms sugarhouse and he gives her an education in Sugaring 101 (plus lots of cups of maple syrup to drink!). Yum!
