This will probably be my last Pants-related post until after the show.

And it’s by request; some folks expressed a desire to actually hear the band before the concert. What, my word ain’t good enough?

Anyway, here’s a handfull of choice cuts. Keep in mind that it’s kind of like choosing my favorite flavor of soy ice cream – I like ’em all!

“Sometimes” Eat Crow, 1997

“Lawnfire” Fred Sex, 1995

“Them Stones” Eat Crow

“Lucky In the Sun” Eat Crow

“None of That” The Pants!, 1994

  1. Good choices Casey…although…no Wounded? Hey! I won tickets to the show through that 7Days contest! Isn’t that funny? I’ll be in SF so just I’ll have to watch the super-secret-non-Pants-related-non-dvd that Bill’s *not* shooting…

  2. “Wounded” is great, too. I really wanted to post “All the Time; Me,” but for some reason the file kept coming up corrupted. You gotta FedEx those tix to somebody, dude! Seriously!

  3. I won a pair of tix too! Ha! They’re at the box office waiting for me. I’ll see to it somebody gets them.

  4. I don’t have the physical tickets…just like Bill’s they’re waiting at the box office…maybe I can give ’em to my brother? Hmmmmmm…

  5. Don’t worry Arthur. We’ve found a couple of orphan children without pants.JDS: What isn’t incestuous in these here hills?Bill: Tickets, really!?! You’re like Burlington’s very own Charlie Bucket!Nato: I think “Lawnfire” is a fairly solid bet, wink-wink.

  6. I confess: In spite of the sickening and relentless hype, I’m still really excited to see the showteasingthe hype is well deserved

  7. I similarly confess: in spite of sickening and relentless hype, I’m still really excited to play the fucking show already.[tx casey][new live & unreleased CD “Viva Los Pants!” avail at show $10]

  8. The only person I know that thinks it’s overkill is my girlfriend – she wasn’t around here 10 years ago, and can’t wait for the show to be over so she can stop hearing about it! Me, I’ve made a mix disc of my favorite tunes (gotta’ add Simmer Down to your list) & have been listening non-stop for weeks. Not that I ever stopped listening to the 2 Pants discs I have – they’ve constantly been part of my musical rotation.Saw you guys at the pub last night & resisted the temptation to tell you how pumped I am for the show – it’s gonna’ ROCK!Never found a copy of your first disc – don’t suppose you’ll have any copies of that too Saturday?
