Thanks for the overview. It would have been nice to identify the award and pronounce the film title correctly for The Resurrection of Victor Jara (Ben and Jerry Award for using the lens to shine a light on an important social issue with verve and ingenuity). That ended up on the Stuck in Vermont cutting room floor. By the way, it is Victor Jara (HAra) not JAra. Can you please edit the award title back in? Or do I have to do that? John Summa, Writer and Producer of ROVJ
Sorry this is the final cut and is a brief overview of the entire festival. Perhaps you should contact VTIFF about promoting the awards in a longer format? Best, Eva
Hi Eva,
Thanks. I kinda figured that it was a final cut. I can make a shorter clip from your clip and include a title card with the award and then the announcement. I will credit the footage to Stuck in Vermont. Is that okay? John Summa
John, that’s fine with me. Please credit Seven Days as well. Best, Eva
