New breakfast options come to Burlington this week with the addition of morning meals at B.Good at 92 Church Street.

Starting February 21, the restaurant will serve breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls and smoothies starting at 7 a.m., said co-owner Bill Zolper. For the first month of breakfast, a cup of coffee will be free with the meal, he added.

Options will include the Rancher’s Egg Bowl, made with kale, spicy beans, avocado, egg, queso fresco, salsa, corn and tortilla; and Power Elvis, with the chosen base (acai, Greek yogurt or oatmeal) topped with granola, bananas, almond butter, chocolate nibs, coconut flakes, and honey or maple syrup.

“We always wanted to do [breakfast] on Church Street,” said Zolper, who owns five B.Good franchises. “The first year we really just wanted to get our operations down. Breakfast will be such a perfect fit in the Burlington marketplace.”

Breakfast items will be priced at $4 to $5, said Zolper, who opened the Burlington restaurant 14 months ago.

  1. Yum… I enjoy their food already and this sounds like it will be a welcome addition to the downtown breakfast scene.
