Calvi in Middlebury. You could treat yourself to a tasting tour of Citizen Cider, then drink rare brews from its cellar. Or strap into skates at Stowe Mountain Resort’s Spruce Peak Pavilion Building for drinks over ice, courtesy of Stowe Cider.
