A dinner to celebrate a century of farming at Parsons’ Farm in Richford will be held Saturday, September 14, at a historic inn in Montgomery. Parsons’ Farm was founded as a dairy farm in 1919; since 1985, it has run a livestock operation. The five-course menu includes lamb raised on the farm, with a vegetarian option of portobello mushroom Napoleon.
