  1. If our visit in early August was any indication, the rude waitstaff may have had something to do with it. Although only 1 other table was occupied, the older woman server (btw not the owner, who has always been very friendly) refused to allow us (in our late 60s) to be seated with our 5 yr old grandson while waiting for 2 others to join us (who happened to arrive within 5 minutes anyway) telling us that we may be taking up valuable table space they needed, forcing us to wait on counter stools or standing. If this was typical of their service no wonder people stayed away. A shame some waitstaff don’t understand that good customer relations equals good business.
