Molly Estey did, that’s why she opened Muddy Paw Coffee, then a month later, added Muddy Paw Coffee, Creemee and Grille at South Main Sunoco, both in Waterbury. Dogs work at the spots, which offer dog-friendly treats and delicious coffee and food for humans, too.
