Sledding, horse-drawn wagon rides, chainsaw ice carving and fireworks at dusk on Saturday are among the offerings at the St. Albans Winter Carnival. On Sunday afternoon, the Duct Tape Derby at Hard’ack Recreation Area pits vessels made from cardboard and heavy-duty tape against each other.
