The project is generally described as the after-the-fact construction of commercial buildings to serve an existing agricultural seed/fertilizer production and distribution business. More specifically, the after-the-fact construction of a warehouse (constructed 1995+/-), a storage building (constructed 2006+/-), a greenhouse (constructed 2016+/-), outdoor storage canopy (constructed 2021+/-), and partial construction of a 40’ x 70’ storage building (construction started in 2025). No hearing will be held and a permit may be issued unless, on or before October 27, 2026, a party notifies the District 4 Commission in writing of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion.
