NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: UNKNOWN FATHER, father of P.R. (dob 08/05/2025), you are hereby notified that a hearing to consider a Termination of Parental Rights Petition regarding your child will be held on November 4, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Franklin Superior Court, 36 Lake Street, St. Albans, Vermont. You are notified to appear at this hearing. Your failure to appear and defend can result in a judgment being entered against.
Other parties to this case are the child P.R., his Guardian ad litem, his mother, the Vermont Department for Children and Families and the State of Vermont. DCF is represented by the Attorney General’s Office, 280 State Drive-HC2N, Waterbury, Vermont 05671-2080.
