Champlain Housing Trust and Evernorth are requesting proposals from construction management firms for the new construction of four multi-family buildings totaling 36 units on one 2.77 acre site, located at the corner of VT Route 116 and Riggs Road in Hinesburg, Vermont. Site improvements will include parking, an entrance road, walkways, stormwater retainage, and a community geothermal system. Construction Management firms must have comparable experience with new construction of multi-family housing and a bonding capacity of at least $13,500,000.
