Mill Brook Apartments Catwalk Structural Steel Repairs

Evernorth is seeking proposals from qualified structural steel contractors for repairs and rehabilitation of the exterior catwalk and stair system at Mill Brook Apartments. The catwalk system spans approximately 320 linear feet, extends four stories (approximately 45 feet in height), and includes eight stair flights. Work generally includes selective demolition, structural steel repairs, steel deck replacement, concrete repairs, drainage improvements, coatings coordination, and related construction services.
Proposals are due by October 13th, 2026 at 12:00 PM and project start is projected for Spring 2027.
