D.E.W. Construction, on behalf of Evernorth and Champlain Housing Trust, is seeking interested bidders to participate in the bidding of a new thirty-six (36) unit residential housing project located at Riggs Road in Hinesburg, VT.
The project is subject to Davis Bacon Residential wage rate requirements, Build America Buy America Act requirements, and WMBE and Section 3 goals on this project. We are actively seeking the participation of qualified Section 3 business concerns and minority- and women-owned business enterprises (W/MBE).
