Notice is hereby given that the Champlain Valley School District is soliciting proposals from construction managers interested in providing pre-construction and construction services for a partial renovation of the Hinesburg Community School in Hinesburg, VT.
The main components of the Project include renovation of the 1987 wing, including new sprinklers, HVAC, insulation, windows, siding, roofing, ceilings and lighting. The project budget is $4.3m to $4.5m and funds were secured by a March 2026 bond vote. Construction will commence in Summer 2027.
