Allen Samuel Daniels, 92, who valued truth, experience, and loving life and family, died on July 4, 2026, in Burlington, Vt. He grew up in Reading, Pa., where he and his wife, Marjory, raised their daughter, Jennifer. He later moved to Vermont to be near his daughter; son-in-law, Rick; and three grandchildren, Stella, Ruby and Benjamin, bringing joy, pride and laughter. His advice: “Keep your mind alert by staying active, and when you’re down, get up and do it over again.” His smile, jokes and dapper style charmed every room.

I am sorry for your loss. I was just thinking about your father and remembering our trips to Killington to ski. He lived a joyous life.
