The Vermont Fresh Network Forum is one of my favorite events of the whole year. I feel like Cinderella, if her evening at the ball had involved eating the giant pumpkin. To share my enjoyment, I brought videographer Elizabeth Rossano to this year’s event at Shelburne Farms’ Coach Barn, where we dug into dishes from Vermont’s best chefs, all partnered with local farms. Gretchen Saries of Bon Temps Gourmet even introduced us to Senator Patrick Leahy, who shares his thoughts on camera.
