The latest menu is from an eatery new to Vermont Restaurant Week. Pulcinella’s is coming out of the gate with two strong menus — one for lunch and one for dinner.
The authentic Italian spot is serving up three courses for $15 at lunch, including soup, one of nine delectable panini and housemade sorbet. The $25 dinner entrées include chicken Francese with risotto, potato-and-pesto-crusted cod or decadent Florentine-style vegetarian lasagna.
