Application 4C0550-7C-1 from 120 Catamount Dr LLC, PO Box 3394, Burlington, VT 05408 and JMPiche Properties LLC, 61 White Pine Road, Fairfax, VT 05454 was received on June 8, 2026 and deemed complete on June 25, 2026. The project specifically authorizes an 8,976 square foot (SF) expansion to the east side of the existing building, with associated parking, walks, utilities, stormwater treatment, and landscaping located on Lot 13A of the Catamount Industrial Park. The building expansion was previously permitted under 4C0550-7C, but was not constructed and the construction deadline has now expired. This permit also includes after-the-fact approval for a 336 SF loading dock expansion and associated driveway on the north side of the building. The building and the proposed expansion use will remain a commercial/warehouse use. The project is located at 120 Catamount Drive in Milton, Vermont. No hearing will be held and a permit may be issued unless, on or before July 22, 2026, a party notifies the District 4 Commission in writing of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion. Any person as defined in 10 V.S.A. § 6085(c)(1) may request a hearing. Any hearing request must be in writing, must state the criteria or sub-criteria at issue, why a hearing is required, and what additional evidence will be presented at the hearing. Any hearing request by an adjoining property owner or other person eligible for party status under 10 V.S.A. § 6085(c)(1)(E) must include a petition for party status under the Act 250 Rules.
