CONCISE SUMMARY: The rule sets forth DFR’s procedures for contested cases and other administrative matters, including APA petitions of various types. It is an update to DFR’s existing APA rule, intended to bring clarity to definitions and procedures. The amended rule more clearly delineates roles and responsibilities within DFR. The amendment also modernizes filing and service requirements.
