Pursuant to 24 VSA ยง 4442 a public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Underhill Town Office, 12 Pleasant Valley Road, Underhill VT to hear public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Town of Underhill Unified Land Use & Development Regulations, adopted March 1, 2011 and last amended March 3, 2020. Proposed amendments affect all geographical areas of Underhill that fall under the townโs regulatory jurisdiction. Amendments are proposed to the following sections:
โข Accessory Dwelling Units (revise Section 4.15 and Table 4.3)
โข Event Venues (add new Section 4.20 and revise Section 4.19 and Table 3.1)
โข Surface Waters & Wetlands (revise Section 3.19 and Section 10.2 trails exemption)
โข Related changes to Table 2.1 (Zoning District Standards) and Section 11.2 (General Definitions)
