a) FP-25-03 PREM BHATTARAI: Final Plat application to amend a previous Final Plat approval. Amendment is to modify a previously approved Planned Unit Development in accordance with §9.05-I by reducing the number of proposed dwelling units by two (2), to result in a development consisting of one duplex dwelling unit served by a shared private driveway, municipal water, and an in-ground wastewater system.
