Notice: THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY. Bidders may bid on one or both independent dormitory projects.
• Mandatory Walk-Through: August 31, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
• Bid Submission Deadline: September 14, 2026, by 12:00 p.m.
Blueprints and exact Scope of Work (SOW) are available at the walk -through, or via email request. Winning bidders must hold active Vermont professional licenses, provide Certificates of Insurance, and register via SAM.gov (Unique Entity ID required). Davis-Bacon Act and performance/payment bond provisions apply based on total threshold value. ETR reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
