Champlain Housing Trust and Evernorth are requesting construction management firms to submit proposals for the new construction of four multifamily housing structures into 24 residential rental apartments on a 1.51-acre parcel in Winooski, Vermont. Construction Management firms must have comparable experience with new construction of multi-family housing and bonding capacity of at least $11,400,000.
