The Town of Underhill is partnering with the United Church of Underhill (UCU) to construct affordable homes within the Town. The Town has received a grant from the VT Community Development Program to support the construction of +/- 800 feet of shared gravel roadway, driveways, stormwater, utilities, and other infrastructure for the site. The UCU will be a subgrantee and take the lead in overseeing the contractor performing the necessary work. The grant funding requires detailed documentation from the selected contractor.
