Pursuant to 11A V.S.A. § 14.06, the entity will be entering its wind-down phase and be making distributions to creditors.
Final claims against the Company must be submitted to Barski Law PLC, 9332 N. 95th Way, #109, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 or by email at cbarski@barskilaw.com. Claims may be submitted by letter and must include a brief description or explanation of the debt with supporting documents for consideration.
Claims must be received by no later than October 30, 2026. Claims will be barred if not received by this deadline.
