I remember Rod bringing donuts to Longe Brothers Store on St Paul St when I was a young girl working for my Uncle Eddie. They were the best and we tried to not eat them all before he had a chance to sell them. He always had a smile and laughed a lot. We had a close-knit neighborhood.
