It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Slesar on September 25, 2026. Our family will sit Shiva and welcome friends on Tuesday, September 29, through Thursday, October 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. each evening, at 2201 Brand Farm Dr., South Burlington, VT. An obituary and celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

I saddened by the passing of Suzanne — we worked together at Shelburne Museum.
I am so saddened by her passing. I miss you my friend. Thank you for your kindness and friendship. You were so wonderful and uniquely you.
Although I haven’t seen Suzanne for years, I will never forget her. Her love of family and pride in her son Jayce were omnipresent. We had not lived in Charlotte long when we had our youngest child and Suzanne showed up at our door with a casserole. My condolences to John, Jayce and all who loved her.
