Annie K Ross, born on March 30, 1954, died on June 12, 2026, in the arms of her beloved partner, Jim. Annie always loved giving a healing touch to others, especially through therapeutic yoga treatment, facial treatments and reflexology, so it was appropriate at her death to be held in a loving embrace.

Annie lived a life immersed in grace and love, which she embodied so naturally and well. Her deepest connections were in sharing the yoga (Svaroopa Yoga) with others, receiving from them the gift of their essence, through the span of the last 18 years. This is well described in this quote from Shoji Yoshida:

As does the wind to the smallest
leaf … we too plant seeds
of love into others’ souls
to bloom….
Those who touch us live forever
within us.

Annie leaves behind her partner in life, Jim Totin; his son, Corin, and his wife, Brittany, and their children, Zulie and Azy; her sisters, Carol (Charlie) Hart and Sue (Phil) Theriault; brother, Neil (Jean) Chaput; niece and nephews; and many dear friends.

There will be a service to honor and remember Annie on September 12, 2026, 2 p.m., at the West Fairlee Congregational Church, located on Route 113 in the village of West Fairlee, Vt.
