@ Katelin Brewer-Colie I don't know why you mention the AARP. Older drivers are far more likely to know these signals than younger ones. Just in general, though, if a cyclist is having to interact with cars, he's risking his life. The laws say that bicycles have to use the street like cars, but if you ride a bike and you want to do it safely, BREAK THAT LAW.
