Master sushi chef Kazutoshi (Mike) Maeda presides over the omakase (chef's choice) sushi bar at the spacious new resturant. The 8-person bar is just one of the many eating areas, which also include a robata yaki charcoal grill bar, a lounge area and regular table seating. The menu goes beyond sushi to include ramen, rice bowls and dumplings.
