Best Pizza in VT
Piecasso is for sure the best, most authentic pizza in Vermont. Don't get me wrong, I am a die hard flatbread fan but there is certainly a delineation between "flatbread" and "pizza". Every time we leave the mountain, which is several times a week, we hit Piecasso and it always delivers. You can't beat high quality fresh pizza and an ice cold beer for 6.50. The servers are always friendly and the ambiance makes for the perfect place to unwind after a long day at Stowe. The margarita, the bbq chicken, the pesto chicken are all awesome and I have never been disappointed with any of their creative combos. Last winter, after a huge storm we stopped in for lunch right as they opened and got the usual order of garlic knots, which are always a good choice, but this time they were so fresh, cheesy and soft. I will file that eating experience right next to some of my best.
