The Lighting House — There’s something refreshing and, well, illuminating about walking into the Lighting House. This is no big-box store of snooze-worthy light fixtures and run-of-the-mill porch and patio furniture. At the Lighting House, you can poke around two floors of nooks and crannies and gasp, “Holy crap! That’s a super-cool lamp!” Whether you’re on a lean budget or looking to splurge on a special artsy fixture that pulls the entire room together, the knowledgeable staff here have plenty of ideas to offer. Must be all those light bulbs going on above their heads.
