Part Three of the "Care of the Self" workshop series with herbalist Julie Mitchell of Eos Botanicals. Spirit: This will be an all day plant study based on Goethean Science. This meditative exercise encompasses objective observation along with engaging the physical senses in asking the the question, “What is the medicine of a chosen plant?” This investigation is facilitated through group discussion, botanical illustration, and meditation with the plant.
