Daniel M. Carhart Sr. of Clearwater Florida, formerly of S. Burlington, Vermont, Age 74, Heard The Owl Call His Name on July 6th, 2017 at Mease Countryside Hospital of Respiratory Arrest.
God phoned him and said Dan, I want you to take me trout ?shing. And Dan answered, God my ?y rod & reel are all packed. Ive been waiting all my life to take you ?shing, lets go get the big ones!
When Dan was born God shined on him and said This one is mine! So he walked beside him all his life. Even when he walked away from religion for 40 years. 3 times he wouldnt let him die when he should have, so he could keep a vow he made in 1959 when he was 16 and his dad died. That vow was to be there for his children. On July 30, 2011 he completed that vow. He leaves behind the pride of his life, Daniel Carhart Jr. & Colleen Carhart Davenport. A sister Mary Williams, several nieces & nephews.
