He leaves his dad, Kevin Cook of Fairfax, his mother, Laurie Bevins of St. Albans and his sister, who he loved with all his heart, Chauntel “Me Me” Cook of St. Albans; his daughter, who he thought the world of, Rileigh, “Buggy” of Missouri and his girlfriend, Samantha Fiske and her 2 daughters, Sophia and Haylee, who he loved dearly all of Sheldon.

Justin is also survived by his grandparents, Ted and Mary Cook of Georgia and Judy More of St. Albans; his great-grandmother, Irene Bevins of Milton; his aunt, Sheri Bevins of Waterbury; a special cousin, Brad Bevins, several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, Walter Kane, Dusten Robtoy, Cory “Thunder Buddy” Boudreau, several other friends, as well as his canine companion, “Bo Bo”. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Larry Bevins on March 17th, 2016.

Justin’s family will greet family and friends on Thursday, June 1st, 2017, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans.

As an alternative to flowers, memorials may be made to establish a trust for his daughter, Rileigh, c/o Laurie Bevins, 472 South Main St, St. Albans, Vermont 05478.
