I am commenting as a person that will be registering to vote in Victory very soon. We have owned property in Victory since 2003. We have never voted in Victory because although we spent lots of time here we lived in Maryland. It was always our intention to retire here and we have sold our house in Maryland and as of January we are permanent residents of Vermont. Looking on line it seems pretty cut and dry as to who can vote here. The online form says if you do not live IN VERMONT YOU CANNOT VOTE HERE. Do not complete this form.
Tracey Martels lawsuit seems to be right on the money.
We have always paid non resident taxes in Victory... what do those voters in question pay?
